Description:

True Patriot Love is Canadas foundation for the military community, supporting Canadian Armed Forces members, Veterans, and their families through grants, research, and advocacy to improve well-being, inspire recovery, strengthen families, and foster community connection.

The Canadian Walk for Veterans is a grass-roots initiative started in BC by it's founder Marc Burchell in 2018, encouraging people to walk shoulder to shoulder with serving members and veterans alike to raise funds and awareness to Veterans and Veteran related causes. In 2023, the walk was handed over to True Patriot Love Foundation to manage nationwide.

To this day, the walk continues to grow not only within Canada but internationally selecting a new theme each year. The theme for 2026 is Veteran Mental Health Awareness.
